What is your payment, cancellation and refund policy?
A 50% nonrefundable program deposit is required 90 days prior to all program start dates in order to reserve the program/trip.
Full program payment is due 60 days prior to program start date.
50% refund is given 31 to 60 days prior to program start date.
No refunds are given for cancellations within 30 days of program start date.
Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies.
No refunds or credits can be applied for non-attendance or for arriving late/leaving early for any reason.
ACA reserves the rights to cancel, alter, reschedule, or amend all programs offered at any time. To cancel a program at any time, ACA must receive a written cancellation request. The program cancellation date is determined by the date we receive the notice. Verbal notice will not serve as valid cancellation notification.
As unexpected events do occur, we strongly recommend purchasing travel and trip cancellation insurance.

What immunizations are required?
All of our program participants must have the following immunizations. We also recommend checking the CDC website for current changes or updates to their recommendations for Morocco. http://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/destinations/morocco.aspx
- Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (Td/Tdap)
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
- Hepatitis A (may require more than one dose – allow time prior to travel)
- Hepatitis B (may require more than one dose – allow time prior to travel)
